Congress is inflicting long-term damage

The Congress’s efforts to persist with projecting itself not only as the sole benefactor of Muslims but also the only protector of the community’s sentiments by raising hurdle after hurdle for Salman Rushdie and the organisers of the Jaipur Literature Festival are now degenerating into a shameful farce.
