Hold the euphoria
It is a hard thing to say at a time when everyone seems to believe that the Supreme Court took a giant step towards ending corruption in Indian public life last week. But, I would be lying if I said I shared the general euphoria over the Supreme Court’s decision to cancel all 122 licences given by A Raja. Not because I do not believe that our former Telecommunications Minister did not hand out licences to friends and cronies for pecuniary gain. It is for him to prove in court that he did not.
