If the trial court still refused to summon home minister P Chidambaram as a co-accused in the 2G scam case on Saturday, it seems to be broadly in consonance with the big picture drawn by the apex court two days earlier. While quashing all the 2G licences issued by then telecom minister A Raja on January 10, 2008 on first-come-first-served (FCFS) basis, the bench comprising Justices G S Singhvi and A K Ganguly expressed outrage at the fact that he had disregarded the concerns flagged by the prime minister, the then finance minister (Chidambaram) and the then law minister (H R Bhardwaj).
