Terror thrives under UPA

Monday’s targetted attack on an Israeli diplomat posted in New Delhi has shattered, though not for the first time, the myth perpetuated by the Congress and Home Minister P Chidambaram that authorities have been successful in keeping terrorists at bay. Between 26/11 and now, there have been several terrorist attacks with horrific consequences, but they have done nothing to goad the UPA Government into action.
