Not at taxpayer's expense

Last week, corporate affairs minister M Veerappa Moily was categorical that the beleaguered Kingfisher Airlines "has to be saved". He spoke of how he had met Vijay Mallya - "because (like me) he hails from Karnataka" - and of how Kingfisher was a "vibrant airline" that had "given excellent service".
