Congress gets a drubbing

Much as the Congress may want to give a positive spin to the results of the Assembly elections in five States, the simple fact is that the party has fared disastrously. Barring Manipur where it has won decisively, the Congress has either suffered a rout or performed far below its own expectations everywhere else.
