After US raids in Africa, Pakistan ups security for AQ

American commandos aided by the FBI and CIA carried out raids in Libya and Somalia to capture long-sought terrorist suspects using a template perfected in Pakistan, the motherlode of terrorists still humming with fugitives. The Pentagon disclosed that US special forces captured alive Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai in a daylight commando operation in the Libyan capital of Tripoli on Friday.
