Dried Onions to the rescue

Skyrocketing prices of onions have been making headlines for a while now. Though prices are falling, they are still on the higher side. The fluctuating prices of onions after monsoons every year has forced the Central Institute of Post Harvest and Technology (CIPHET) to conduct a training session on preservation of onions. One such session was conducted at the CIPHET centre in Ludhiana this month.
