B-Schools swim in shrinking pool of ‘quality’ faculty

This June, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) rolled out an executive fellow programme in management for working professionals, aimed at attracting top class industry professionals back to campus. The part-time doctoral programme is also targeted at IIM alumni with more than seven years of industry exposure.
