'Centre should stay away from the UP sugar mess'

Ashok Gulati, chairman, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP), wants the Centre to stay away from the Uttar Pradesh sugar crisis until the state adopts the Rangarajan committee formula for sugarcane pricing.
