Another SC judge, another intern, same charge

Yet another retired Supreme Court judge faces the sensational charge of sexual harassment by an intern. The law intern from Kolkata has named Justice Swatanter Kumar as her tormentor in an affidavit filed in the SC. Speaking on a TV channel on Friday night, Additional Solicitor-General Indira Jaising confirmed that the judge concerned was indeed “Mr Justice Swatanter Kumar”. The incident dates back to May 2011 when Justice Kumar was in office.
