Cong set to clinch alliance with RJD, LJP in Bihar

Congress is likely to clinch an umbrella alliance with Rashtriya Janata Dal and Loktantrik Janata Party in Bihar, a move aimed at consolidating a chunk of dalits, backwards and Muslims under the secular banner to take on rivals JD(U) of Nitish Kumar and BJP.
