Publicity without governance is gimmickry: Jaitley

Concerned at the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) emergence as a contender in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, BJP on Sunday hit out at the new outfit for its unconventional style of governance and said publicity without substantive governance was simply "gimmickry", the continuance of which would invite public ridicule and anger.
