Bihar DGP 'wants no locals in CRPF

It sounds absurd, but the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel from Bihar cannot be posted in Bihar for anti-Naxal operations. That's the recommendation of Bihar's Director General of Police Abhayanand to his counterpart in the CRPF through a letter, a copy of which is with India Today.
