Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi faced some embarrassing moments when a social activist disrupted the much-publicised launch function of the National Waqf Development Corporation Limited (NAWADCO), and punctured the Congress government's claims of benefiting minorities through various welfare schemes.
