Delhi law minister was once unethical spammer

Long before Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti ventured into politics, he ran a business on the web that many allege was "unethical" and operated in the "grey zone". His name is linked to a tech firm that spammed website owners and tried to make them pay for directory services they never solicited.
