AAP and Congress set for a showdown over Jan Lokpal

The Jan Lokpal Bill is the latest bone of contention between the Aam Aadmi Party-led (AAP) Delhi government and the Congress. The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) on Tuesday announced the party will not support the Arvind Kejriwal government to pass the Jan Lokpal Bill if the state government does not get it approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) as required by the rules.
