The Arvind Kejriwal government may claim to have come up with the idea of launching an anti-corruption helpline in Delhi, but it appears that the move was a case of hijacking a Congress initiative from 2012. 

A letter written by the Chief Minister's secretary to the MTNL reveals that the Aam Aadmi Party took over a public grievance redressal system called 'Aap Ki Sunwai', introduced by the Congress to address corruption.
