'Let CBI prove Ishrat Jahan wasn't a terrorist, encounter was fake'

Retired Intelligence Bureau (IB) special director Rajinder Kumar, chargesheeted by CBI in the Ishrat Jahan case, insisted that the four people killed in the encounter were terrorists and dared CBI to prove otherwise. In a conversation with TOI, he even dared CBI to prove that the encounter was fake.
