Democracy was disgraced three times over in the Capital on Thursday, as the Telangana Bill saw propriety plumb unheard-of depths in Parliament, and Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti's brand of vigilante justice triggered the collapse of a special four-day session of the Delhi Assembly.
