Opposition refuses to accept Telangana bill introduced

Senior opposition leaders met Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar to strongly protest the violence in Lok Sabha on Thursday and said the Telangana bill could not be deemed to have been introduced amid the chaos in the House. BJD's Bhartruhari Mahtab, SP's Shailendra Kumar and AIADMK's M Thambi Durai were among the leaders who met Kumar on Thursday afternoon along with leader of opposition Sushma Swaraj.
