Pinarayi had decisive role in Lavalin scam: Kerala Govt

Bringing further discomfort to the Kerala CPI(M) with respect to the Rs 374.5-crore SNC Lavalin corruption case in which its secretary Pinarayi Vijayan was a key accused, the Kerala Government on Tuesday told the High Court that he had played a decisive role in the controversial deal between the Kerala State Electricity Board and the Canadian utility giant.
