Did courts go overboard in slamming Team Anna, social media?

Two recent court orders should warm the cockles of the UPA government. One pertains to the Bombay High Court order denying “concessional” access to Mumbai’s MMRDA grounds for Team Anna‘s next round of protests against the sarkari Lokpal Bill. The second pertains to a Delhi court decision to treat Facebook and Google as the accused in cases involving the posting of  ”objectionable content” – something Communications Minister Kapil Sibal will be silently applauding.
