Pranab was aware of 2G note contents, say officials to JPC

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee was “aware of the contents” in the controversial note detailing the lapses on part of his predecessor P Chidambaram during the 2G spectrum allocation. Top Finance Ministry officials on Thursday told the JPC about it during their deposition before the panel.
