Punjab voters swing to cocktail of drugs, liquor, cash

It is a heady cocktail of drugs, illicit liquor and money employed to woo voters in the poll-bound States, especially in Punjab. In less than a month since elections were announced in five states, the Election Commission has seized huge quantity of  contraband drugs in Punjab ahead of Assembly polls in the State on January 30.
