Clueless bankers harassing customers

My mother and I are joint operators (with a so-called either-or mandate) of a locker in SBI’s main branch in Delhi for nearly two decades. When I went to operate the locker last month, I faced a surly man in his mid 50s called N.C. Chawla, who was the newly appointed manager of the locker section. He berated me about the V in my name being different (an imperceptible difference, if at all) from the way I had signed 15 years ago.
