SC ruling now turns focus on dual tech licences, hoarding

The Supreme Court judgement cancelling 2G licences issued in 2008 puts focus on the other two major illegalities pointed out by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India in its audit report: That of the 35 dual technology licences and the hoarding of spectrum.
