Attitude, our biggest infrastructure hurdle

The Tokyo Railway station has 20 platforms and handles about 3000 trains per day — on an average one train per platform every nine minutes (during peak hours even quicker). This includes the high speed bullet trains, long distance regional trains and locals. Our own New Delhi Station operates 300 trains from its 16 stations.
