Frame new Constitution: Badal

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Tuesday demanded establishment of a Constituent Assembly to frame a fresh Constitution for the country along “genuinely federal lines” as the present Constitution was “not in tune with requirements of changing times”.
