BJP leader Yashwant Sinha has asked the Election Commission to order a CBI probe into Rajya Sabha elections in Jharkhand, which was cancelled. Sinha described RS polls in Jharkhand as a "happy hunting ground for unscrupulous moneybags". In a letter to Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi, Sinha complimented the poll panel's 'bold decision' to scrap the poll and asked it to probe the role of MLAs who agreed to sign the nomination papers of independent candidates.
