The Manmohan Singh government on Wednesday denied a report that there was unusual movement of troops from Hissar and Agra towards the Capital on the night of January 16. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh termed the report in a national daily as 'alarmist' and 'absolutely baseless'. Defence minister AK Antony displayed an uncharacteristic aggression in denying the report.
