BJP backs Rathore, says Congress misusing CBI

Accusing the Congress-led UPA of “misusing” the CBI to target its political adversaries, the BJP on Saturday cited the case against its Rajasthan MLA Rajendra Rathore as an instance of abuse of power as it is the ruling party both at the Centre as well as the state.
