In another salvo against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Thursday vehemently objected to the National Commission for Human Resource for Health (NCHRH) Bill, 2011. In a letter to the PM, Jayalalithaa said the Bill would “usurp” the powers of the State Governments. Her letter is similar to the protest she and many other State Chief Ministers made over NCTC.
