Don’t usurp State power in police reforms name

Reiterating his opposition to the NCTC in its present form, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said the core issue in its formation was the violation of the federal principle. He emphasised on the need for more consultations and collaboration between the Centre and the States to resolve all matters of internal security.
