Jaya 'forms' group of Chief Ministers

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa took the cooperation between chief ministers on federal issues to the next level on Monday, by forming a ginger group of like-minded CMs of non-Congress-ruled states. She roped in Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi and Odisha chief minister Navin Patnaik to jointly strategise on key policy and political matters.
