The Central Information Commission (CIC) has directed the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Department of Space (DoS) to disclose, within six weeks, all details of the Antrix-Devas deal, including major portions of the B N Suresh Committee report, which is said to have given the deal a “clean chit”. Only some information of “strategic” and “commercial” importance is exempt, said the order passed last week on 18 appeals from Vinod Sunder R, member secretary, Devas Multimedia Ltd.
