BJP writes to Centre for putting off MCD split

Days after it emerged as the single largest party in the municipal polls, BJP wants the Central government to defer the trifurcation of MCD. In a letter to Union home minister P Chidambaram, Delhi BJP president Vijender Gupta has asked the ministry to reconsider the decision as the civic agency is not ready.
