Tripura Governor DY Patil found himself in a spot of bother on Sunday, with retired defence officer Col (retd) Suresh Patil claiming that the former had sent across a message to him that he should “tone down” his agitation  against the allotment of “defence A1” land for President Pratibha Patil’s post-retirement home in Pune.
