Abhishek Manu Singhvi may have resigned as chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee and as Congress spokesperson following the controversy over a ‘sex video’ that allegedly features him, but there’s reason to believe that the last word on this episode hasn’t yet been said. On the face of it, and purely from a legal point of view, there is as yet no evidence to establish that even if the ‘sex video’ that’s gone viral on social media platforms despite a court injunction against its dissemination did in fact feature Singhvi (which he denies), there was any further wrongdoing.
