The government led the move to suspend the MPs after they continued to disrupt proceedings on the opening day, frustrating the ambition to make the most of the second leg of the Budget session to transact business and dispel the perception of governance stalemate.After the sloganeering Telangana MPs rushed to the well with placards in the morning defying the disapproval of a visibly upset Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, parliamentary affairs minister Pawan Bansal moved the motion in the afternoon session seeking a four-day suspension.
