Telecom Comm ask Trai to rework spectrum proposals

The Telecom Commission (TC) has not only asked the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) to suggest an alternate method of arriving at spectrum pricing, but also to provide a detailed explanation on how the regulator plans to offer “liberalised” spectrum in fresh auctions.
