Mamata links Presidential vote to debt relief for Bengal

Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee on Friday virtually made it plain that her party's support to the Congress in the presidential poll cannot be taken for granted if West Bengal does not get financial aid, including a loan waiver and a three-year moratorium on interest payments on central loans.
