BJP bosses rush to placate Raje, backers

As many as 56 BJP MLAs, besides two Independents, in Rajasthan on Sunday offered to resign in support of former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, who objected to the proposed Lok Jagran Yatra of her party colleague Gulab Chand Kataria and threatened to quit the organisation if he did not withdraw his decision. Kataria has since called off his yatra.
