Hurriyat dove questions UN resolution, ‘expelled’

Abdul Ghani Bhat, the chairman of Muslim Conference, a constituent of the Hurriyat conglomerate, was on Monday "expelled" from the party by senior leader Shabir Ahmad Dar for his statement that the UN's 1947 resolution on Jammu & Kashmir has become redundant. Bhat had said this at a public meeting in Sopore on Sunday.
