CRPF calls for AFSPA shield to fight Naxals

Despite the hullabaloo over the controversial Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) in tackling terrorism, a demand has now been raised within the CRPF and discussed at the highest levels in the paramilitary force for imposition of the legislation to counter Naxalism.
