Three years of UPA-II

The UPA government completes three years in office today, battling the sticky perception of policy paralysis. Hopping from crisis to graver crisis, the UPA presents a picture completely different from its first term, when even the presence of a feisty Left did not stop it from showing decisiveness on reforms. In its second avatar, the script has gone horribly wrong. The market, elated by UPA's comeback three years ago, is now thumbing its nose at it.
