Real estate the villain, govt proposes ways out in black money white paper

The government’s white paper on black money, tabled by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in the Lok Sabha on Monday, specifically mentions sectors such as real estate, bullion and jewellery market and the financial markets as most vulnerable to the menace of illicit money flows. However, it stops short of giving a precise estimate of the black money floating around.
