Won't back bureaucrat, non-political person for President's post: Mulayam

Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday said no bureaucrat or non-political person should be elected as President, in a remark which was seen as signaling his reservations about Vice-President Hamid Ansari's strong candidature for the top constitutional position and can deepen the suspense about UPA's candidate for the top job.
