BJP breathes easy after Modi-Gadkari patch-up

Modi had kept away from the national executive in September last year, and threatened to repeat the act till a truce was signed between him and party president Nitin Gadkari. Also with the BJP amending its constitution to allow a back-to-back three-year term to its president, a second term to Gadkari became almost certain.
