Analysts get blunt about India’s economy
Tough words from what was largely an admiring audience a short while ago. Thursday’s announcement that the country’s growth in the fourth quarter (Q4) ended 31 March was the least in nine years comes amid a barrage of stark warnings and blunt language by analysts in their research reports, confirming that the India growth story has well and truly lost its sheen. And the government is largely to blame, they say.
